Turkey

Morocco

Traditional dishes, such as couscous and tangia (meat cooked in a clay pot), are served as well.

After the Eid prayer, a group of people, both young and old, parade through the neighborhood while playing traditional musical instruments like the gnawa or a type of tambourine.  The unique rhythm of this music harmonizes with the chanting of shalawat and praises, sung with great joy.
