If during my travels in need of care due to illness, can I make a claim for medical expenses, hospital or other related costs?

Reimbursement of medical expenses, hospital and other related expenses as a result of health care during the journey may be submitted to the insurer in accordance with the underwriting listed in the policy.

How do I file a claim?
  1. Fill in and complete the claim form as required by correct and accurate. Make sure you read the exclusions section of insurance.
  2. Attach supporting documents such as receipts for treatment, the results of medical records, boarding pass, police statement, Certificate from airlines and others as stated in the policy.
  3. Submitting documents to the insurance claim for the approval process on the proposed claim value.
