Universal Studios Japan

First up, Universal Studios Japan, the most popular theme park in Japan that is a must-visit on your trip there. It is always a fun experience to visit because it offers so many rides and attractions, complete with its popular characters and soundtracks. Here are some of the wonderful attractions:

● The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, an incredibly exciting Spider-Man-themed ride. The ride uses 4K3D technology to allow you to experience the city landscape of New York, just like in a Spider-Man movie.

● Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem, a ride that uses a 3D simulator technology. With this technology, you can feel like a minion living in Minion Park.

● Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, a ride that takes you into the world of Harry Potter. Using the latest technology, it makes you feel like you are right in the middle of a scene from the Harry Potter movies.

Sounds exciting, right? Take it when you are vacationing in Japan. This amusement park is very easily accessible. You can take the Osaka Loop Line from Osaka Station to Nishikujō Station. Then, take the JR Yumesaki Line to Universal City Station. The ticket fare is around ¥190.

You can buy entrance tickets to this amusement park online or offline. But, it will be easier to purchase them online on the official website or through an Online Travel Agent (OTA). The prices? They start from ¥5,600 for children to ¥8,600 for adults.

 

Legoland Discovery Center

Secondly, Legoland Discovery Center, an indoor amusement park that features more than 3 million LEGO bricks. From construction areas for LEGO art to LEGO racing rides, this theme park is a must-visit in Japan.

There, you can also enjoy some attractions together with your beloved family. For example, you can take a LEGO class, visit the LEGO brick factory, learn to make LEGO, fly LEGO, and play in the Duplo playground, which is safe for babies and children.

The entrance fees to this theme park vary, ranging from ¥2750 for off-peak season, ¥2980 for peak season to ¥3315 for premium. Tickets can be purchased directly on-site or through an Online Travel Agent (OTA). You can take the Ueno-Tokyo Line from Tokyo Station to Shimbashi Station to get there. Then, take the Yurikamome to Odaiba-kaihinkōen Station. The train ticket to get there will cost you ¥480.

 

Nago Pineapple Park

Thirdly, Nago Pineapple Park, a tourist spot that offers a pineapple plantation combined with an amusement park. To enter this park, you ride a pineapple-shaped train from the entrance. Then, you will see a pineapple field before reaching the greenhouse filled with different species of plants.

If you want to explore the greenhouse, you are free to choose—whether to walk or ride in a car that looks like a pineapple. If you choose the car, you will be told the history of the pineapple plantation, especially in Okinawa, and see the pineapples there.

After exploring the amusement park, you can head straight to the cafe, which offers various pineapple-based menu items, such as: pineapple pizza, pineapple ice cream, and more. Remember to stop by the shop selling souvenirs. You might be interested in some pineapple-themed souvenirs.

The entrance fee is around ¥1404, and you can purchase tickets at the ticket counter or through an Online Travel Agent (OTA). To get to the park, you can take a bus from Kokusaisen Ryokaku Terminal (via Naha Bus Terminal) to Nago Bus Terminal. Then, take another bus to Meio Daigaku Iriguchi (via Toguchi). The fare costs ¥2,970.
